Who We Are
Relationships. Growth. Money.
While Level, CPAs & Advisors is a brand-new name created in 2024, we didn’t just fall off the turnip truck. Our senior accountants have each been here for well over a decade and have over 40 years of experience combined. Internally, our team is set apart from competitors because of the care we take in professional growth and personal well-being. We can’t produce a good product without a solid team.
Money is one of life’s most personal details, and it doesn’t matter how little or how much you have. Either way, it impacts you daily. It’s not okay to just throw numbers in boxes or give financial advice based on incomplete or inaccurate information; we take the time to build meaningful relationships. We work hard across the board to get to know you and understand what drives you. That way, we’re all in a better position to get you where you want to go.
As with any relationship, there will be times when you might not like what you hear. It’s not fun for either of us, but you can rest assured knowing that what we’re telling you is always said with your best interest at heart. It’s the drive behind “Why Level?”.
Why Level?
Level, CPAs & Advisors, has been a long and heart-felt work in progress for over five years. When (once partner, now owner) Zack Conner, CPA, CVA, recognized that his partner’s retirement was nearing, he also recognized that, in time, things would need to change. He would eventually need to rebrand what the Tipton community had known as, first “Logan & Graham”, and then, “Logan, Graham & Conner Accountants” for a combined total of over 20 years.
Enter: Canada, a concert, and a cousin.
At the 2019 Marillion Weekend concert in Montreal, Zack, and Johnny Holland (cousin, more-like-a-big-brother, Design Director at Narrative in Fargo) started bouncing ideas for future branding over beers and loud music. Unfortunately, all other details from that Canadian weekend are a blur and this is where the international story ends…
Over the course of the next few years, Johnny offered up some incredible ideas before Zack settled on what we think perfectly portrays our messaging:
Anyone who knows Zack well knows that he wants to be nothing but level with his clients. Short. Direct. To the point. With the growth in our Client Advisory Services, we don’t have time to be anything but…and neither do you.
